In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with cr99. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. cr99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of Funds.

3.2 Residency: The cr99 platform is intended primarily for users who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Services from a location where such access is lawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of cr99 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Account Registration: To use the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

3.4 One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with cr99. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or winnings associated with those Accounts.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal request, cr99 requires Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to provide copies of government-issued identification (such as a KTP or Indonesian national identity card), proof of address, and potentially additional documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification will prevent withdrawal of Funds from your Account.

4.1 Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.2 Unauthorized Access: If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security, you must notify cr99 immediately via our support channels. cr99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account if such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

4.3 Account Activity Monitoring: cr99 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, and compliance with these Terms. We may suspend or terminate Accounts that exhibit suspicious activity, including but not limited to patterns consistent with money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.

4.4 Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Funds.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods: cr99 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as Indonesian e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Processing: Deposits made via supported bank transfer or e-wallet methods are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds during normal operating hours. cr99 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day and may vary depending on your Account status and verification level. Specific limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests: You may request a withdrawal of available Funds from your Account at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–24:00 WIB) and within 30 to 60 minutes outside peak hours.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. cr99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal requests or requests from Accounts that have not previously completed a withdrawal.

5.6 Bonus Wagering Requirements: If you have claimed a bonus or participated in a promotion, you must fulfill any associated wagering requirements before the bonus-related Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are detailed in the terms of each individual promotion.

6.1 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions offered by cr99 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30× the bonus amount).

6.6 One Bonus Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by creating duplicate Accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential Account closure.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets: cr99 reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet or wager. Once a bet is confirmed by the platform and appears in your betting history, it is considered accepted and binding.

7.2 Sports Betting Markets: Sports betting markets offered on cr99 include football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, and E-sports, among others. 7.3 Settlement of Bets: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, specific settlement rules apply and are detailed in the sportsbook rules.

7.4 Obvious Errors: In the event of an obvious error in odds, lines, or game results, cr99 reserves the right to void the affected bets. This includes but is limited to incorrect odds being displayed due to technical issues or human error.

7.6 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cr99 platform:

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Cool-Off: Users may request a self-exclusion period or temporary cool-off from their Account at any time. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or place any bets.

8.3 Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once a limit is set, it can only be increased after a mandatory 48-hour cooling period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

9.2 Third-Party Providers: cr99 offers games and services provided by third-party developers and suppliers. We are not responsible for errors, bugs, or malfunctions in third-party game software, though we will assist Users in reporting issues to the relevant provider.

9.3 Force Majeure: cr99 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, network failures, or cyber attacks.

9.4 Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, cr99's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made into your Account during the six-month period preceding the claim.
